The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Trial Court, Azamgarh to decide the Criminal Case No. 2716 of 2023 (State vs. Rajeshwar) arising out of case crime no.231 of 2016, under sections 419, 420 IPC, P.S. Maharajganj, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh, within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 483 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh to decide the Criminal Case No. 2716 of 2023 (State vs. Rajeshwar) arising out of case crime no.231 of 2016, under sections 419, 420 IPC, P.S. Maharajganj, District Azamgarh in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
