By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau to decide the Case No. 2275 of 2021 (State Vs. Upendra Rai), under Sections 420 and 406 of IP.C, P.S. Kotwali, District Mau within stipulated time by this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2021 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purposed would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau to decide the Case No. 2275 of 2021 (State Vs. Upendra Rai), under Sections 420 and 406 of IP.C expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
