Hon'ble Shekhar B. Saraf,J. Apprehending that the final assessment order would be passed without considering the reply/objection of the petitioner, the instant writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that till date as per the instructions no objection has been filed by the petitioner. From the record, we find that the objection/reply has been filed by the petitioner on 18.8.2023. Under such circumstances, we provide that the final assessment be passed after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing and after considering the reply which has been filed on 18.8.2023. This exercise shall be concluded within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
