¶1Heard Sri Kailash Nath Singh, learned counsel for petitioner.

¶2This writ petition is filed seeking following relief -: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Authorities to conclude the hearing of the chak objections, thereafter chak appeal and deliver the possession of newly allotted chaks to the chak holders of village Kulhana Mau, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District-Jaunpur within stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Petitioner has not placed any document on record in regard to whether any proceeding at his instance or against him is pending before Consolidation Authorities.

¶4In this regard, learned counsel has referred an order passed by Consolidation Commissioner dated 16.10.2018 that

consolidation

proceedings

be

concluded expeditiously.

¶5Sri A.K. Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with appropriate observation/direction.

¶6In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that Consolidation Authorities will take all endeavour to conclude the consolidation proceedings of village Kulhana Mau, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District-Jaunpur expeditiously in accordance with law, if already not concluded.
