¶1Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing this matter at length has submitted that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to him to file a representation before the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad for redressal of his grievance.

¶2In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
