¶2This is second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24278 of 2021 (Chunni Lal @ Bhagat Yadav Versus State of U.P. and another).

¶3None appears for the applicant to press this bail application despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter on behalf of the applicant. Even previously when the matter was listed there was no appearance from the side of the applicant.

¶4Today again there is no representation from the side of the applicant. The record shows that even previously there was no representation from the side of the applicant.

¶5Sri Ajai Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the Sate is present.
