Heard Mr. Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the I.D. Case No.20 of 2014 (Sita Ram Sharma through State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur Staff Association Kanpur Vs. State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur), pending before respondent no.1, under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, within stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.D. Case No.20 of 2014 (Sita Ram Sharma through State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur Staff Association Kanpur Vs. State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur), is pending since 2014, before respondent no.1, under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, but nothing has been done till date, therefore, a direction may be issued to authorities concerned to decide the same, as soon as possible.
