¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the District Judge-II Civil Judge, Ghaziabad to provide the copy of the record of First Appeal No. 672 of 1993 (Ram Singh & others vs. M.S.M. School).

¶3Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record, this Court finds that there is a complete procedure provided under the Civil Court Rules to obtain the copies of the necessary papers/documents. It further reveals that the petitioner has moved an application dated 29.9.2023 before the court below in this regard.

¶4In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought in the present petition is totally misconceived and is liable to be dismissed but in the interest of justice, it is provided to the petitioner to move an application/representation as prescribed under the Civil Court Rules before the court concerned along with a copy of this order.

¶5The court below is free to pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
