This writ petition has been instituted with the prayer to command the respondents to conduct an inquiry in the matter relating to mutation order passed in favour of private respondents. It is admitted that dispute is pending before the civil court. In such view of the matter, we refuse to issue any direction as is prayed for in the writ petition. The remedy of the petitioner would either be to challenge the mutation order before the competent forum or to seek adjudication in the pending civil dispute.
