¶1It is alleged that the petitioner has filed a mutation application in respect of Property No.649, House No.138G/14A/2, Om Prakash Sabhasad Nagar, Rajroopur, Prayagraj in the office of Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj, Zone-1, which has remained pending for almost 5 years without any adjudication.

¶2Learned counsel representing respondents states that in the event proceedings have not been concluded so far a final decision would be taken, in the matter.

¶3In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon respondent No.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's pending mutation application, by passing necessary order as may be warranted in law, after notice to the persons likely to be affected within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
