¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioners are praying that direction be issued to local police not to harass the petitioners in collusion with respondent no.5 to 11 (private respondents).

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Agra-third respondent to consider the grievance of expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
