Jal Nigam (Rural) and Mr. Vidya Dhar Yadav, learned Counsel on behalf of Life Insurance Corporation of India. A short counter affidavit dated 20.11.2023 has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 indicating compliance with earlier orders made, particularly relating to payment of group insurance, which has been credited to the petitioner's account. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has received all his retiral benefits and the cause of action no longer survives. In view of the matter, this petition is consigned to record.
