¶1This writ petition is disposed of in terms of legal issue decided in order of date passed by this Court in Writ B No. 727 of 2023 (Ram Sundar and another vs. State of U.P. and 6 others).

¶2Accordingly, impugned order dated 27.10.2023 passed by respondent no.2 in Reference Case No. 1410 of 2023 (Hariram and others vs. Jayram) is set aside and matter is remitted back to Deputy Director of Consolidation, Gorakhpur to consider the case of petitioners afresh and will pass a reasoned order, after hearing rival parties, expeditiously.
