¶1Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 31.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 0883 of 2023, under Sections 388, 506 IPC, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
