¶1None is present for the petitioner even in revised call.

¶2The prayer made in the instant petition is for quashing the order dated 30.09.2020 passed by respondent no.5 under the provisions of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and for a mandamus directing respondent no.2 i.e. Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur to decide the stay application in the pending appeal.

¶3Sri Abhinava Krishna Srivastava appearing on behalf of K.D.A. states that the appeal has already been decided and the petitioner has also preferred Writ-C No.39488 of 2023 against the appellate order. The writ petition is pending.

¶4It appears that for the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
