¶1It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of the order dated 18.10.2023, the petitioners had approached the Bank for a One Time Settlement. It has also been informed that no date for auction has been fixed.

¶2Sri J.S. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Bank does not dispute this fact.

¶3Under such circumstances, we direct that if the petitioners submit any proposal for a One Time Settlement within a period of two weeks then the same shall be considered sympathetically within a period of fifteen days of the submission of the proposal.
