¶1Heard Shri Ashutosh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0175 of 2023, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bhaluani, District Deoria.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. A163 of 2023 has been forwarded on 07.11.2023 against petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 has been exonerated and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
