¶1Sri Shri Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, after making brief submission, does not press the writ petition and states that the petitioners will raise the dispute before Deputy Registrar Firms, Societies and Chits and establish that petitioner no. 2 is duly elected General Secretary of the Society.

¶2Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2, has no objection to the same.
