¶1After making brief submission, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on behalf of the Association of the Residents of the Housing Colony.

¶2Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ghaziabad Development Authority, has no objection to the same.
