At the very outset, Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta, holding brief of Shri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that there is no provision for re-evaluation of the answer books. In support of his submissions, he has placed reliance on the Division Bench judgement of this Court in Km. Supriya Goswami Vs. UPPSC & Another (Writ A No. 61154/2014, decided on 17.11.2014). Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of maintainability.
