¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct learned C.J.M., Agra to decide the Case No. 1241 of 2023 (Hari Mohan Sharma v. Amit Sharma) arising out of Case Crime No. 195 of 2023, under Section 386, 504, 452 IPC, P.S. Sikandra, District Agra, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the said case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months if there is no other legal impediment.
