¶1The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a direction to comply the interim order dated 14.08.2023 passed by Consolidation Officer in a proceedings initiated under Section 9-A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.

¶2It has been placed on record that an application in this regard is pending before Consolidation Officer in which certain order has been passed.

¶3In aforesaid circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits of case, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that Consolidation Officer will take all endeavour so that the interim order dated 14.08.2023 will be complied with.
