21.7.2023 made by the petitioner against Gram Pradhan within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the he has filed a complaint against the gram pradhan on 21.7.2023 which is pending and no action has been taken on it. He prays that same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the complaint dated 21.7.2023 filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, after hearing the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
