Applicants have filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the summoning order dated 01.11.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 19, Deoria as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 8291 of 2022, titled Nathuni Vishwakarma vs. Munna Prajapati and others, registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Salempur, District Deoria and the proceedings arising therefrom. When confronted with the maintainability of the application, in view of the availability of alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order issuing process against the applicants, learned counsel for applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the court of sessions.
