¶1No one is present on behalf of the petitioner.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.6.2023, in Case Crime No. 174 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Tarkulwa, District Deoria.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 256-C of 2023 dated 21.10.2023 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.

¶4We additionally find that the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17097 of 2023 filed by the co-accused Hamid Siddiqui @ Mohd. Hamid Alam has already been dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 1.11.2023.
