07.04.2023. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some defects, the applicants do not want to press this application, therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the applicants. In view of the statement made by Mohd. Adil, learned counsel for the applicants at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. OfÏce is directed to return the certified copy of the documents to the counsel for the applicants within three days' after retaining the xerox copy of the same on record.
