¶1Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This writ petition could be disposed of with the observation that revision petition pending before the concerned authority since 2016 be decided expeditiously since it is reflected in the order sheet that on many occasions matter has been adjourned due to call of Advocates for abstention from judicial work, therefore, it is directed that petitioner himself or through his Advocate shall remain present before the court concerned on each and every date even there is a call of Advocates for abstention from judicial work. In default, the court concerned can refer the matter to Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh against the concerned Advocate.
