¶1Heard Shri Mahmood-Ul-Hasan holding brief of Mohd. Sakib, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 203 of 2023, under Sections 353, 332, 323 and 504 IPC, Police Station Hathgaon District Fatehpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet No. 163 of 2023 has already been forwarded on 16.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
