¶1Vide order dated 23.11.2023, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the petitoner to implead Premod Kumar Joel @ P.K. Joel as respondent No.2, however, he has impleaded wrong party.

¶2Under such circumstances, we direct the learned counsel for the applicant in the impleadment application to make necessary impleadment as per the order dated 23.11.2023 during the course of the day.

¶3It has been informed that the petitioner sought for electricity connection at the address 12/4 Kamla Nehru Road, Prayagraj. If that is the case, the Electricity Department may provide connection at the aforesaid address as per law.

¶4From the record, we find that the electricity connection, which was prayed for at 12/4 Kamla Nehru Road, Prayagraj, had been installed at 18/9 Kamla Nehru Road, Prayagraj. An order was passed on 23.11.2023 asking the Electricity Department as to how it has been done.

¶5Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department placed before the Court the instructions and has stated that erring officer has been proceeded against. He has also informed that the electricity connection from 18/9 Kamla Nehru Road, Prayagraj has been removed.
