¶1Heard Shri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 25.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 519 of 2023, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri.

¶3The father of the named accused has come forward to challenge the First Information Report. We find that the present petition at his instance would not be maintainable. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable. Order Date :- 28.11.2023 Shafique High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
