Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 483 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Upper Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Sambhal at Chandausi to decide the Crl. Revision No.51/2023 (Bharat Singh Vs. State of U.P.) under section 145 Cr.P.C., in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
