Nafeesa Khatun Vs Sanjay Agrahari and others) And decide the matter expeditiously." It appears that a suit for the cancellation of two sale deeds dated

15.5.2019 and 17.08.2020, was filed by the plaintiff-petitioner along with a decree for permanent injunction regarding immovable property. The suit was filed on 14.12.2020. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till date the defendants have not appeared in the suit, and the suit is being delayed. If the defendants have not appeared, despite due service, it is for the petitioner then to move an appropriate application for expeditious consideration of the suit before the trial court concerned. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same would be duly considered by the trial court. This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
