¶1Heard Shri Shadab Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 25.07.2023 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Gautam Buddh Nagar, under Section 14(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case No.028 of 2023 (State vs. Sudesh Kumar @ Tillu) arising out of Case Crime No.188 of 2022, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Buddh Nagar.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition through appropriate petitioners as certain inadvertence fundamental mistakes have crept in.

¶4Permission aforesaid is granted.
