¶1The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-Authority to make payment of Rs.8,18,900/- along with up to date interest to the petitioner against the work executed by him in pursuance of the work order dated 01.09.2021.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work has been duly executed and the respondents are also not disputing their liability but still payment has not been made.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5 states that the petitioner has not produced evidence relating to the payment of royalty and on account of which his outstanding bills have not been honoured.

¶4Having regard to the submissions made, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 and produce all required evidence within two weeks from today along with true attested copy of the instant order. Respondent no.3 will either make payment or in case there is any legal impediment, he will pass a speaking order within four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.
