¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge-VI, Varanasi for early decision of Case No.327 of 2018 (State vs. Subham Tewatiya & others) arising out of Case Crime No.1510 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 427, 435, 441, 323/34, 395 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 Act, Police Station-Lanka, District-Varansi within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge-VI, Varanasi to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
