¶1Heard Sri Ram Sharan Giri, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to enforce order dated 13.12.2022 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Baberua, District Banda/respondent no. 3 in Case no. 4919/2022, computerised case no. T202207110204919 (Ramadhar Versus Gram Panchayat and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

¶3At the very outset, learned Standing counsel for State respondents came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that in pursuance to application preferred by petitioner seeking erection of permanent marks over the plot in dispute, on dated 24.11.2023, the concerned Revenue Inspector in presence of other villagers has already carried out proceeding of erection of permanent marks over plot no. 1285 which pertains to petitioner.

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, grievance of petitioner has already been redressed and as such no cause of action survives for petitioner to pursue the instant petition and the same stands disposed of. Order Date :- 28.11.2023 Shaswat High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
