¶1Sri Rakesh Dubey, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State are present.

¶2As per the earlier order of this Court dated 26.9.2023, report has been received from the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, in which, it is stated that the revisionist namely Pradum Kumar Agrawal has died on 19.7.2023 due to heart attack.

¶3The revisionist has challenged the impugned order rejecting his discharge application and framing charges against him.

¶4Since the revisionist has died and the present revision is dismissed as having been abated.
