Court No. - 39 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 19238 of 2023 Petitioner :- Chief Medical Director North Central Railway And Another Respondent :- Nagendra Prasad Dwivedi Counsel for Petitioner :- Pooja Agarwal,Sr. Advocate Counsel for Respondent :- Sunil Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. Hon'ble Shiv Shanker Prasad,J.
¶1After hearing the learned Additional Solicitor General of India along with Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for the Union and Sri Asheesh Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the private respondent, it transpires that at present, the Tribunal has made an order of remand requiring the railway authorities to reconsider the claim for medical reimbursement made by the petitioner, in accordance with law and to pay the amount that may be thus determined.
¶2In view of the fact that it has been left open to the railway authorities to determine the correct amount and to pay the same, we find no good ground existing to interfere with such an interlocutory order.
¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 29.11.2023 SK Srivastava (Shiv Shanker Prasad,J.) . . . (S.D. Singh,J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
