The writ petition seeks the following reliefs:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned externment notice dated 04.03.2023 (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.1651/2023 (State Versus Tayyab Bilal) and Notice No.1650/2023 (State vs Qamar Elahi), Under Section 3 of U.P. Gunda Control Act, 1970, Police Station Amroha Nagar, District Amroha U.P.

(b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Representation/objection of Uttar Pradesh Gunda Control Act of the petitioner within stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the case, which has arisen consequent to the notice issued to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
