¶1Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Virednra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 534 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 307 and 394 IPC, Police Station Ghaziabad Kotwali, District Ghaziabad.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that vide C.D. No.3 final report has already been submitted on

14.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
