¶1At the outset it has been pointed out by Sri Rahul Sripati, Advocate assisted by Sri Ishir Sripat, learned counsel for the respondents that various misrepresentations have been made in this writ petition.

¶2Sri Ram Pratap Yadav,, learned counsel for petitioners after arguing for sometime submitted that this writ petition has been filed on instructions given by the petitioners and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition at this stage to pursue the remedy available before the Consolidation Officer since certain proceedings are still pending before him.
