No one appears for the petitioners even in the revised call. Sri Suresh Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 is present. Since no one appears for the petitioners even in the revised call, this Court proceeds to decide this petition in the absence of leaned counsel for the petitioners. Present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass and interfere in peaceful life of the petitioners and further be pleased to direct the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 14.02.2023. The marriage certificate is also annexed as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. It is also submitted that father of Puran namely Badlu has also given an application before Superintendent of Police Kaushambi stating that petitioner no.2 has enticed away his daughter-in-law i.e. petitioner. 1. He further submitted that since no documents of dissolution of marriage is filed, therefore, the case is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court passed in Asha Devi & Anr. Vs. Since the petitioner no.1 is already marred to one Puran, therefore, the matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court passed in Asha Devi & Anr. Vs.
