¶1For last three weeks notice is being placed on the noticeboard that all passed-over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2None appears for the petitioner.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 486 of 2023, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Teelamod, District Ghaziabad.

¶4Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that vide C.D. No.08 Final Report has already been submitted on 19.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
