¶1Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Mishra, holding brief of Shri Tej Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the supplementary charge sheet No. 382-A of 2022 dated 24.11.2022 in Case Crime No. 349 of 2022 under section 376-D I.P.C. police station Najibabad District Bijnor as well as the cognizance/summoning order dated 24.1.2023 passed by the learend C.J.M. Bijnor and to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 950 of 2023 (State Vs. Nafees and others) pending in the court of C.J.M. Bijnor.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application.
