¶1Heard Shri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, holding brief of Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Dharmendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties no. 1 and 2 as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant review application has been filed to recall the judgement and order dated 25.7.2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 2534 of 2023 (Smt. Binda and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) and further to dismiss the writ petition in toto with cost.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wants to withdraw this application and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
