¶2From the record, it reflects that a report was called from the court concerned about status of the trial. As per officer report dated

24.11.2023, report from the court concerned has been received, which is marked as Flag "A".

¶3From perusal of the report of the trial court, it reflects that trial of the case has already been concluded and applicant has been convicted by the trial court on 08.05.2019 and therefore, it appears that instant bail application has become infructuous.
