This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Case No. 6116 of 2014 (State Vs. Usman Beg Hasan and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 552 of 2014, under Sections-380, 411 IPC, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Aligarh, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2014. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, maximum within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
