Suresh Pal and another), under Sections-419, 420, 409 IPC, Police Station-Ghosi, District-Mau Aligarh, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2015. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
