¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present transfer application has been filed by the applicant seeking transfer of Divorce Petition No.147 of 2023 (Surya Prakash Swarnkar Vs. Smt. Riya @ Pooja) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the case is transferred to Allahabad.

¶4In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, the Divorce Petition No.147 of 2023 (Surya Prakash Swarnkar Vs. Smt. Riya @ Pooja) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi is directed to remit the record of Divorce Petition No.147 of 2023 (Surya Prakash Swarnkar Vs. Smt. Riya @ Pooja) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad for disposal of the same.
