¶1Heard Shri Vivek Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State Respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned FIR dated 25.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0162 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 325 IPC, Police Station Sadiyabad, District Ghazipur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet No. A/136 of 2023 has already been submitted on

30.07.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
